| Biochem/physiol Actions【生化/生理作用】 | 檸檬酸合成酶是三羧酸(TCA)循環(huán)的啟始酶。該酶能夠催化二碳的乙酰輔酶A與四碳的草酰乙酸反應(yīng)，形成六碳的檸檬酸。該酶是線粒體基質(zhì)的專屬標志物。 |
| Analysis Note【分析說明】 | 體系中引入的DTNB通過檸檬酸合成反應(yīng)，由于乙酰輔酶A的去乙酰化，進而生成TNB，酶活即通過TNB的顏色得以檢測。最終反應(yīng)產(chǎn)物TNB的吸收峰位于412 nm。 |
